Aneke has completed her BCom Hon (Industrial Psychology) because of a need for deeper understanding of people and why they exhibit certain behaviours in the workplace context. Our company’s mission is to build sustainable businesses. An important element thereof is the implementation of strategy, which requires effective Change Management. While working in the Change Management industry Aneke learned to be adaptable, creative and innovative, which provided her with valuable experience in an ever-changing environment. In order for change to be successful, organisations need leadership support and buy-in from key stakeholders. The aim of Change Management is to get all major role players onboard.

Wynand has a strong business and financial background. He has been in public practice as a Chartered Accountant for 31 years and is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has been consulted extensively by business leaders in private and public sectors. He has a track recordof working with business owners in improving systems and profitability. Wynand has now changed his focus in becoming an international accredited Mentor and Business Coach (through MBCI) with a passion to see people developing their talents and leadership, in order to positively impact the organisations and community they operate in, through Executive and Business Coaching.

Izak has wide experience in Utility Management including Financial Management, General Management, Operational Management and Strategy & Risk Management.
He is experienced in strategic management including strategy development, corporate planning and the implementation of strategic programmes, including the management of programme risks.
His focus is on the development of businesses through the application of soundstrategic management and risk management practices.
